Welcome to Smiley Holidayz! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. By accessing or using our website, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. Booking and Payment
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
  • A minimum of 25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking
  • The remaining payment must be completed 20 days before the commencement of the tour.
  • Payment can be made via online transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.

  • 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
  • 30 days or more before the travel date: 20% of the total amount will be deducted
  • 15 to 29 days before the travel date: 50% of the total amount will be deducted.
  • 7 days or less before the travel date: No refund will be provided.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be applicable
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • Transaction fees, taxes, and third-party service charges are non-refundable
  • If the cancellation is due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), partial refunds or rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Smiley Holidayz.
  • Any additional costs incurred during rescheduling shall be borne by the customer.

  • 3.Amendments and Modifications

  • Customers may request amendments to their bookings, subject to availability and additional charges
  • Any changes to the travel itinerary requested after confirmation may incur extra fees.
  • Smiley Holidayz reserves the right to make modifications to the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

  • 4.Liability and Responsibility

  • Smiley Holidayz shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused during the trip.
  • Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
  • We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
  • We are not liable for any force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political disturbances, or flight cancellations.

  • 5.Health and Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring their physical fitness and health for the tour.
  • It is advisable to consult a medical professional before traveling to high-altitude regions.
  • Smiley Holidayz is not responsible for any medical emergencies during the trip.

  • 6.Conduct and Behavior

  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and service providers.
  • Any misconduct or violation of local laws may result in immediate termination of the trip without a refund.

  • 7.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
